Is it possible to change the past from the point of the present? In some ways it seems so, according to some fascinating research conducted at Princeton University (where Einstein was a Professor).
Over a large number of studies, The PEAR Group at Princeton, short for 'Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research', have shown that the human mind can interact with electronic or mechanical equipment. In a typical experiment, a person sits in front of a computer or other device that generates random numbers and focuses their mind on one number.
As unbelievable as it sounds, they have repeatedly found that when a person focuses their mind, a 'blip' appears in the number sequence. In other words, they affect the sequence with their minds.
Here's where it gets really interesting. In some experiments where volunteers successfully affected the numbers, the numbers had actually been pre-recorded 3 months earlier. Somehow, their mind or consciousness had gone backwards in time to 3 months earlier and affected the sequence as it was being created. What does that mean for us?
In a scientific paper entitled, 'Wellness Implications of Retroactive Influence: Exploring an Outrageous Hypothesis', William Braud, professor emeritus of the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, California, writes that healing intentions may well work not only in the present, but in a backward 'time-displaced' way, going backwards in time to the point where the probability of an illness or disease first existed and changing it, thus removing it from the present.
