This is what happens next:

Step 1: Complete this form with your details and preferred choices. We will then email you with confirmation of your chosen event, room, airport and dates of travel; keeping to where possible to your first choices. If these details are acceptable to you, please phone the office within 24hrs to provide your card details.

Step 2: We will setup the payment plan (if required) through our secure order form and book your flights with the airline. Air travel prices at time of booking.

Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email  from us.

Step 4: Please ensure your passport, travel insurance and European Health card are valid to cover the complete time of travel.

Step 5: Two weeks before the event date we will organise your 'web check-in' with the airline, you need to print off your air tickets. You will be emailed final details of the event.

Step 6: We will meet you at the airport in France.
